Foodtours.eu accepts payment by credit / VISA VISA Electron, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Union Pay. Payment will be withdrawn after the ticket is received.
You will receive your ticket by e-mail as soon as possible. If you have not received the email with the tickets within 24 hours: you should do the following:
- Check that you have the correct email address and ticket purchase is completed.
- You can also check if you have a spam filter that prevents the message from being displayed legitimately

The client must make sure to bring your proof of purchase of a food tour, and meet at the agreed starting at agreed time.
If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)
You must, if you wish to cancel give us notification that you want to cancel your purchase. Notification shall be given by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel: 50 12 36 45 in your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Services excluded withdrawal
The following product types are excluded withdrawal:

Refund of the purchase amount
