Everything is a must try for me! I seldom taste something I don’t enjoy. I do love my liquorice though; I am from Denmark after all.

Born in the US, raised in Denmark since the age of 2. Loves traveling, eating amazing food, and meeting interesting people from all over the world.
Favorite Danish food is a roast pork belly sandwich (flæskestegsandwich). Also very fond of Japanese, French and Middle-Eastern food.
Tip; There are great places to eat in all of Copenhagen's neighborhoods, be sure to ask your guide about their recommendations for each one!

I have a very deep love for pasta's, which some would call troublesome due to me being lactose intolerance.
Copenhagen is a beautiful city with many narrow streets, don't take a taxi, walk around and pay attention to the beautiful architecture.

My favorite thing to eat is cheese,….at the moment I’ve got a thing for”vasterbotten” hard cheese topped with spicy mango chutney and Spanish Goat cheese with apple jam. Pairs nicely with well aged whiskey .
